The paintings are each unique pieces and are created in Thailand by Änn, Somchai and MOS with great dedication to art.
To protect the paintings from fading and other external influences, they are preserved and sealed with a protective layer after the work is completed. The canvas are prepared for shipment in a roll protected from dust and water and must be stretched on an appropriate stretcher frame by the customer.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping is carried out by an international courier service. As soon as we receive the order, the painting is carefully packed and shipped in the studio in Thailand, protected from dust and water. The delivery time is between 14 and 20 days, depending on the destination country. Customs and shipping fees are not applicable and are covered by aertsy.
As these are custom-made individual artworks, returns are excluded.

Where is the headquarters of aertsy?
Aertsy is based in beautiful Zurich, Switzerland. Prints are shipped by one of our 15 worldwide shipping partners, ensuring that we can deliver to customers from all over the world within a few days.
1of1 artworks are shipped directly from the artist's home to your destination.
Do I have to pay customs duty?
No. Prints are produced and shipped locally, so there is no need for customs clearance.
For the 1of1 artworks, which are sent by the artists, we take care of customs clearance and the associated costs.
Do you also sell other sizes?
No. We sell the sizes that you see on the product pages.
What does the production process look like?
Our prints are printed on 200g/m² thick premium paper and receive an additional protective coating after the usual printing process to ensure that the colors remain true for years to come. All our prints are double-packed to ensure that your pictures arrive undamaged.

How long does it take until I receive my order?
We usually ship prints on the same working day; depending on the destination country, you will receive your order within 2 - 5 working days. More detailed information on delivery times can be found on the product page or on this page.
1of1 artworks are shipped from the artist's home country and therefore shipping takes a little longer. You can find more detailed information on the delivery time on the respective product page.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details and the corresponding tracking link.
Where are you shipping to?
We ship to over a dozen countries. In Europe, these are Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Liechtenstein, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland.
Outside of Europe, we ship to Australia, Canada, the USA and the United Kingdom.
